A real person reads this address. Write in plain language about what went wrong and you will get an answer, usually within two business days.
If you are writing about a bug, it helps to include your device, your iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened. You never have to tell us anything about why you use the app.
This app is not the right tool for an emergency. Nobody is monitoring what you write in it, and it cannot call anyone for you.
If you are thinking about hurting yourself, call or text 988 in the United States, available 24 hours a day. Outside the US, call your local emergency number.
Freeman is not a substitute for a counselor, a pastor, or a doctor. Reaching for one of those is not a failure.
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Freeman, then Cancel Subscription. Apple handles all billing, so this is the only place it can be done. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
Open Freeman, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. That asks Apple to re-check your Apple ID and usually fixes it immediately. Use the same thing after reinstalling or moving to a new phone.
Refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, not through us. We are not able to issue one directly.
This is the honest cost of how Freeman is built. There is no account and no server anywhere, so your check-ins, your letter and your photos live only on the device you wrote them on. We cannot restore them, because we never had them. A subscription does carry across, because Apple tracks it.
Because it worked against the point. An app that talks you down at three in the morning gets you through the worst hour without you ever finding out that your brother would have picked up. It teaches you to be alone with this, just with better tooling.
So Freeman does the opposite. It asks you, early and on a calm day, to get your brother's permission to call at any hour. Then at 3am it reminds you that you already have it.
Someone you already know and trust in person. Freeman deliberately does not match you with strangers. It should be a man you could call at eleven at night without explaining yourself first.
Because a streak makes a hard day cost you everything you have built, and that is exactly the moment men delete these apps. Freeman counts your commitment to the journey, not perfection. The day number never resets.
Press and hold the icon, then delete it. Cancel your subscription first if you have one. Freeman is built to become unnecessary, and reaching that point is the goal rather than a loss.
